A lot of people arrive wanting something nobody has lived in. These lists are filtered to exactly that — never occupied, under construction, or to be built — with resales taken out, and with manufactured homes excluded.
Manufactured homes are excluded from every one of these searches. So are resales — if a house has been lived in, it is not here, even if it is two years old. If you want a nearly-new resale as well, that is a different search and Vicki will run it for you; they are often better value than the brand-new one next door.
Worth knowing
New build does not mean no questions
Builder contracts are not the same as a resale contract, the deposit structure is different, and the walk-through matters more, not less. Vicki has sold enough of these to know which builders here finish on time and which ones you should put a date in writing with.
